  Brother fuser appeared new and packaged well. Unfortunately, it failed out of the box. Seller was responsive in handling returns process and refunded within 3 days of receiving item back.

  I received the fuser unit in a timely manner. After installing it to my Brother machine. It worked for about 20 pages and then the jamming retured. I contacted the seller, no reply. I was suppose to get a refund of $20 when I sent back the old fuser unit back. No refund either. I tried reaching out to them again. Still no reply. Won't recommend the fuser unit.
