  Phenomenal experience. My item was shipped within hours of purchasing it… and I was sent messages along the way to tell me what was happening. The seller even reached out to tell me what time to expect the delivery on the arrival date.   I will start by saying that there was a mess up in the description so I did have a problem with that, seller was fantastic and very quick to respond. The item I received was the bottom part of the playpen. And it is brand new, great quality and a good value
