    The seller initially sent the wrong item. They did correct this after I contacted them, but it was a hassle taking time and energy. They had me go across town to a UPS store to return the item they had mistakenly sent me. Lousy customer service.

    Errors can occasionally happen during fulfillment. We acknowledged the mistake and sent the correct item right away, at no cost to the buyer. A prepaid return label was provided for the original item, but it was never used and the item was never returned. The buyer kept both items.
