  Finally received a replacement item due to courier posting it through somebody else’s letterbox. A little bit of hassle to get another one sent out but did get one in the end. It is of good quality and value for money, it arrive well packaged and in new condition. Seller was very pushy for me to give them positive feedback which got very annoying towards the end. Wouldn’t buy from them again.

  seller sent wrong phone case - possibly deliberately, just to keep the sale. Se then called me a liar! Denying he had sent the wrong case. The case is obviously the wrong model - even the label shows it is for another model. Ebay eventually stepped in. The seller "benrogers_655" who had previously claimed to be in UK reluctantly agreed to refund, but only if I returned the case first (by tracked post) to an address in California! Shipping cost £8.20. Dishonest and disreputable seller.

  Very disappointed and frustrated. People be aware when buying from such seller. UK account, UK address, sent us the order from UK address,but when you open a return request it gives you US address to return, most of the stuff is low value, which isn't even worth to return , as he sent it from UK address and you need to return to US address, you cant avoid customs either as they never paid them and you cant put that as a return. Not sure how ebay allows to do that. Nothing mentioned in descriptin
