    Your feedback is very appreciated! We do everything on our end to ensure a speedy delivery. In this buyers situation, the item was delayed in transit, i filed a missing package search and informed the buyer throughout the process. They were very understanding. Since the COVID Pandemic, the quality of all shipping services has went down, and cost to ship has gone up... To lastly note, shipping to a unincorporated territory of the United States may have placed a small role in this delay.
