He was also extremely understanding and helpful when problems with shipping arose. Unfortunately, the local delivery company is/was terrible and did not notify me when or where they had dumped my package - I had to find out myself using the tracking number. I had expected it to be delivered to my home and wish I’d been told, in advance, that I had to collect it instead.
