The seller was very apologetic and said she would definitely make it right, and that is exactly what she did. UPS shipped my package back to her and instead of her waiting until that package arrive to her, she sent out another of the same that I had ordered. I recommend the seller very highly. It was packed extremely well, bagged and zip tied and it had special tape wrapped around the top, which removed easily, so not a drop escaped the bottle. It was priced much cheaper than AMAZON & with free delivery, as well. Everything was perfect about this order and the way with which I received it! What a wonderful seller! A+++++++
