    Worst experience ever! Ordered 2 Aechmea Miami Heat from bellotropicals. I paid on February 10th. Finally on friday, February 21st I asked for tracking info. Got plant on Monday. Box was missing a plant. I immediately told the seller it was missing a plant. Said he would ship it that week. Following Friday the 28th I asked for tracking. He said Monday. I kept asking and he kept giving me excuses until I finally received my plant 28 days after payment. The plant was half the size and burned.

    Buyer gets first choice on everything and for years has been purchasing and 1 mistake leave negative review in addition gets discounts on everything and thats how the seller is treated. Beware !!

    Unfortunately similar issue to others feedback. First package was missing a plant, seller sent message saying forgot to ship second plant and would send Thursday. Thursday came and went, no apology for error no offer to make right, finally shipped 5 days after Thursday after I messaged several times. Seller said has a lot going on. Second plant arrived no tape holding plant in pot, 1 piece of newspaper crammed in box and orchid bark spilled out everywhere and orchid now bare root. Bad purchase.

    Buyer forgets that seller cannot control USPS and how they handle boxes . Plants in every single review is positive and perfect and yet the buyer got the best plants and still leaves negative review !!
