  Can not in good faith give a positive or neutral review. Item was sent in a priority box without priority postage. Seller chose to not pay the postage when given the option, asked me to send it back and they would refund. The item was returned, I waited for 8 days before contacting the seller about a refund. Upon reaching out, I was told it was issued. I followed up asking for proof as it wasn’t showing on my end and was told to “give it time”. I chose right then to open a case with eBay.

  As you can see below, you were paid immediately as I said that you were going to be. I received the item back and less that 3 minutes later, you were are to be refunded. I told you that you already were and then you wanted me jumping through hoops to prove it to you instead of giving it a little time to process on your end. You chose not to do that and leave a negative review that is not warranted. I would appreciate you revising this as you were refund immediately as I said you would be.

Still charging to use, cant wait to try it out before travel. Quality of Waterpik is my go to for water flossers. I love my counter top one and now, this travel one, Im excited to try. Came with 2 brand new water pin tips, charging cable and unit. Again, love this seller as the unit is brand new! Will definitely buy from this seller again & Waterpik!
