  Shoes arrived without buckle in picture. I contacted seller, who said it wasn’t a buckle but cardboard. Seller became insulting. I asked to keep shoes since it was their mistake. SELLER INSISTED NO MISTAKE. I did get refund after shipping bk item. I’m also an eBay seller. I always allow a customer to keep item with full refund when an issue occurs, which happens in any business. This seller misrepresented the item I bought, took no responsibility for that, and was unkind and disrespectful
