    It was an honest mistake that I accepted full responsibility for in our messages from the very start of our communication (even though even you said that the writing on the outside of the box where it said "500" was so small you could barely see it, and being an unopened box, it was all I had to go by). I was very polite and apologetic. But you want to accept my help by sending you a new unit (wasn't even going to ask for the old one back) AND leave me negative feedback? That's not right, sir.
