  The boots definitely came with tags & box, however 2 out of the 3 paid I got for my triplets came dirty with stains. I think the seller should disclose that kind of information as some children could have allergies. Or some parents might not be okay with dirty items. Especially when they’re being advertised as NWT. Overall, I’m happy I found 3 of the same pairs for my daughters because it is challenging to find 3 of the same. Also, the seller took FOREVER to ship, so they arrived late!!

  Arrived in NEW condition just as described. It was a very good experience with this Seller. Shipping time was US Postal Service problem as they shipped it to other states. Seller is not responsible for USPS handling but still it was sent by Seller immediately. That's the reason for the 5 rating. Hope to do business with Seller again in the future.
