    Hello good afternoon I received the item the box had a big plunge in it. I then proceeded to open the package and noticed the joystick was loose and damaged. I contacted the seller they said it was damaged through out delivery i sent multiple videos and pictures to prove it and the seller said he would send another item in 5-8 day he then sent a tracking number that does work it’s been saying the same thing for weeks please help me.
