  This fragrance was advertised as "new without box". When I received it, it felt 1/2 empty and there was no evidence of any leaks during transit. I do not believe it was new as advertised. I complained and requested a partial refund, and the seller responded immediately, was very gracious, and sent an immediate partial refund. I appreciate the great customer service. Not sure what happened. In spite of the hiccup, I would buy from this seller again without hesitation. Thank you.

  Seller sent the wrong item (lipstick instead of lip gloss). Said orders were mixed up and she would send out the correct item. I responded with understanding and thanks. And then...Nada. Nothing. No shipment, no tracking. I'm out my purchase price and have to file a claim with eBay. Buyer beware. It's one thing to claim a mistake. It's another to promise to fix it and then go dark. Not my normal experience on eBay so I wanted to warn the eBay family.
