  The first delivery I received was faulty and did not work. I felt I had been dudded an threw it into the bin. I did offer feedback saying this and felt the matter was ended. The customer service people contacted me and quickly sent a replacement. All is now fixed and working well. I cannot thank this supplier enough. 10 out of 10 for customer service. Thank you again.
