  The shadow box arrived in perfect condition. It’s truly lovely and is exactly as was shown in the photos. It was carefully packaged in a larger box and wrapped in bubble wrap for shipping. I contacted the seller to ask if the shadow box had a glass cover. She responded to my question immediately, that yes it does have a glass cover. I recommend this seller to anyone. Thank you!

  This seller was very professional. The listing did say there was a slight film on the glasses, but after several attempts I could not get it off. I requested a refund and it was honored and I was still allowed to keep the glasses. I will buy from this buyer again, and I'm willing to return the glasses and pay the shipping.
