  I originally had an issue with the product that arrived. The label had been changed by the company, so it led me to believe I was not receiving the correct item. Seller immediately responded to my first email with my concerns & asked me upload a picture of the item I received. They researched the matter and learned that the product label had been changed but what I was seeking, (some specific ingredients), were indeed in the product. Seller Responsive, clear and willing to resolve.

  Paid on 7/21 and item never shipped out so an "item not received" case was opened. Received a response from seller that the item was backorder and asked if I wanted a refund or to wait. I requested a refund and still haven't heard back. You shouldn't list things for sale if you don't have them on hand.
