I’ve been waiting 2 weeks to receive this item. I’ve contacted the seller, and they said Royal Mail is experiencing delays and recommended the seller to inform the customer to wait up to 10 days (In which I did ). Out of curiosity, I’ve contacted Royal Mail myself, and found out that actually, the seller did not dispatch the item. They paid the postage fee online, but did not dispatch the item. Very disappointed. I Do not recommend this seller. Waiting for a refund.
