Unit was basically brand new (plastic protection on the power button and the power brick still!) even though it was advertised as refurbished, excellent condition. Not a mark on it! If you are buying from the US and are given an option, DO NOT choose UPS. They charge exorbitant fees for getting the package through customs and apply tariffs incorrectly.
