No answer to my request for a prepaid return label. So basically these clowns want me to pay for their mistake - a mistake they have made no attempt to rectify or explain. They said I could keep the unwanted item for half price - something you would expect from a seller shipping from China, not a UK based company. I'll be raising an issue with eBay. It was a cheap item but it's the principle. Avoid

However, it was a shame the delivery driver threw the package at my front door, (I heard the bump just as I was about to open the door and the driver was already getting back in his van - the package was on my path, about a metre from the door). He then had the cheek to record on the delivery notice that he "left the item in the mail slot". FYI Delivered by Amazon.
