    The transaction was complicated but had a satisfactory conclusion. The switch showed in perfect condition. Upon receipt there was a vertical dent that crushed the first 4 ports. Seller insists that it happened during shipping but there was no evidence of impact on the box and the switch was far too well-padded. I am certain that it happened before or during packaging. No matter. I considered this spare parts and bought another. Seller took care of me with a partial refund. (My idea.)
