    Skeptical of the item since the price was so reasonable, but the item arrived in original packaging in brand new condition. I love the Bose quality and pretty shade of lilac. The item arrived quickly- shipped the same day as the order comes confirmation. I recommend this seller and product.

    While there was some delay on the shipping it was by no means the sellers fault. This was completely on USPS. The item was exactly as described still being sealed and no damage even to the box. The packaging could have been a bit better as it was in a bubble mailer rather than a box but luckily the contents weren’t damaged. I’ve had issues in the past with damaged products due to packaging. Overall trustworthy and excellent seller!
