    Item finally arrived after three weeks, but the envelope was partially destroyed and had to be rescued by USPS in a plastic baggy. I thought I paid for tracking, but a stamp was used. Also, no tape on the toploader to prevent the card from coming out of it. Luckily the card itself arrived undamaged.
