    This transaction was mostly positive. They couldn't find the original signed photo I bought, but they did offer a full refund and they did communicate fairly quickly. They did offer a similar signed photo at a slightly lower price. The photo came in a nicely packed 16 X 20 folder, which I did a appreciate.

    Absolutely the worst. Ordered 8. Had best offer listed wouldn't accept any offer. I asked why he was rude. After I paid the full price he contacts and says I ony have 7 that he gave one away. He mailed the package via Fed ex the next morning. I responded my feedback will represent the rudeness and not having 8. On day 2 of delivery he puts in a stop request with fedex and gets package back and won't sell to me. Was refunded. Its against ebay policy. These were for kids for holidays. Terrible

    I looked at your tracking and the package was shipped by UPS not Fedex. Christmas was very hectic and during the rush we had packages being refused and returned by customers. The shipping department was refunding people as the packages came back and yours fell into that category of being “refused or returned”. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
