    I've purchased this item before because of the quality. It did state it was a nonrefundable item. Theshipping box held the 2 units very secure. One of the units was defective. I reached out to Basement Flipz. Not only did he accept a refund, he also paid return postage. I received a message that he tested the other 3 units he had they worked perfectly. I made an immediate purchase. Shipping time was within a week. Received my new rotary tool in the same box my 1st shipment was in! Excellent job!
