The chair we did receive was well wrapped, item was as described and really nice quality, lovely colour and good value. The communications from the Seller were really good and they did a lot to try and locate the missing chair. Sadly, it went missing through the courier which was outside their control and they didn't have any more in stock, they did however offer me a refund for the missing chair and this was processed quickly.
