  I bought a $20.00 item and they messed up the order and they sent the wrong item. They sent me a prepaid return label and I mailed the item back to the seller. The item got lost in the mail and the seller won't give me a refund. They messed up the order and I used their return label and it got lost. This is not my fault. And I never got a refund. Slow and poor customer service.
