On closer inspection the item is not new…part of it has broken off and it is scuffed, dirty and marked in several places. I messaged the seller requesting a replacement, or a partial refund to reflect the fact the item clearly is not new, but I was ignored. I definitely DO NOT recommend this seller.

The seller confirmed that he would send me the product in 4 days if I paid immediately, I made the payment right away, and from that moment I no longer received any replies to my messages, nor a tracking number. The product was supposed to be delivered with Royal Mail 24h tracked. Moreover, after 8 days, when the package finally arrived, it was not what I ordered. All the bad reviews this seller has are 100% deserved.
