As described and great price. Was sent in a USPS priority envelope and bottom of package busted open. A couple of the clamps was missing wire connection bolts and nuts. Item was to heavy to be shipped in that envelope without taping bottom of envelope to secure product. Otherwise pleased with purchase. Shipping was quick price paid for clamps was a fair and good price. 5 stars overall. I would recommend buying from seller.
