  Item arrived promptly & was in exact condition described. I would, however, say shipping cost seemed a bit high and item was packed very tightly into a reused cardboard box with no added wrapping or padding. At the very least it should have been covered by a plastic bag before being jammed in the box (and I do mean jammed, I had to cut it out with scissors). Box was thrown into the snow by FedEx upon delivery; fortunately they bagged it first, otherwise item could have been compromised.
