    The keypad arrived in perfect condition. Unfortunately it had a COM connector and could not be connected to any of my computers so I had to return it. It was visible on one photograph but I didn't notice. I initially thought it was an old model but checking the makers website I found it was still being sold on the website. For anyone with a com connector it is good value. To make sure it goes to the right buyer the com connection need to be pointed out by the seller.
