    Hard drives arrives very poorly packaged, one drive was damaged and failed as soon as I started to use it. Seller offered partial refund as it was a lot of 8, informed seller their partial refund offer was not enough to replace the damaged drive (was only half the cost of another used replacement drive), they stopped responding… Do not recommend as their packaging style is “throw it in a box and hope for the best” and their customer service is “ignore them until they go away”.

    It's true that the buyer received a faulty hard drive. Our mistake, but we refunded the buyer $100 on a $270 order for one bad hard drive. The buyer then messaged us and demanded that we buy them a replacement HDD from another seller even after we gave a $100 partial refund. What? Who demands that and then leaves a negative feedback for not caving to their demands. We're blocking you and moving on.
