  It would be a better practice and experience for the Buyer, for this Seller to do like others who discovered damage to the item when retrieved from storage -- notify by MESSAGE. Then, after the Buyer replies, or after about 2 days to process the refund. Having the refund immediately come across with no advance notice is unpleasant, and unnecessary. Seller additionally seemed to attempt to educate about reading notes that may be inside the refund alert. Some communication improvement is best.
