  Arrived it good time and is as described. Unfortunately the wand arrived broken so im not able to use it. I contacted the seller who replied promptly and offered to send another eyeliner. I decided to receive a refund instead which arrived quickly. Although the item was damaged and not usable, I'm more than happy with the customer service that I've received and be happy to purchase from this seller again in the future. Thank you very much xx

  When the item arrived it was in a sealed box which said black. However when I opened the box it was the wrong colour. Seller couldn't have known and have sent me a refund so they have been very good about it. Item quality is also good, just the wrong colour!
