    The band saw tires came today. Shipping was excellent. Packaging was very good. The communication was over the top! I ordered the wrong ones to start with and got a refund, no questions asked. The seller sent me a note with the part number for the right tires!!!! I ordered them and they worked like a charm. Great seller!!

    Item received promptly in condition described, I'm happy with this transaction. My parts manual listed two belts and based on this info, I thought I ordered the correct belt which was sent to me. I found out that the belt I ordered was too small. I messaged the seller and they researched and told me the correct belt that I needed. I ordered the new belt and it fit perfectly. Outstanding customer service on their part. If I need any more belts for my power tools, I will contact this company first
