  I do not recommend this seller. I sent the phone locked. The description said it was unlocked. He does not respond to my messages.

  This buyer sent pictures of a similar looking phone stating that it is still locked. It was inspected and verified unlocked before shipping so this can't possibly be true. The phone is now "in an unlocking center" and can't be returned for a full refund so I'm being asked to take their word for it and send "substantial partial refund" or the negative feedback remains. This scam has been tried and failed multiple times.
