    Item is exactly as described, shipped quickly, received in good physical condition, packed very well. However, testing revealed 12vdc line at 9.87vdc. Replaced 3 swollen caps and the unit now gives good 12+vdc on retest. Now a viable OEM replacement for any one of six 14 year old SFF dental workstations if PS fails. Advised vender to test components to be sure they are truly in good working condition or list as untested. Thanks for his service in the Seabees. Good value restored with 2 hrs work
