  My cue stick arrived on time but it was damaged. It was the same as described but I think it could’ve been packaged better. I contacted the seller immediately but I wasn’t prepared for how friendly, prompt, helpful, apologetic and proactive they were. My issue was resolved the same evening (refund included) with very little effort on my part.
