    I received the ordered item in a timely manner. It is in new condition, but the original packing for this cover had previously been opened and was taped shut. Unfortunately, it is the wrong size and doesn't fit the Kindle I have. I then requested to return the item for a refund since I had to order a cover from Amazon that is the correct size. The return process was started immediately and was easy to follow. Overall, I have been pleased with my interactions with this Seller. Highly recommend.

    WARNING to all! The day after ordering I found for the exact same item from another seller for (45%) LOWER price. Sent a message to seller to price match the price OR cancel the order. I checked the tracking on shipment and a number was assigned but product had NOT been shipped. Over 24 hours later seller said product was shipped before they could cancel order and they would not price the lower price. DO NOT purchase from this seller. You will be SORRY !!!

    This seller is dishonest! I purchased this item on November 10th for $9.90. On November 15th at 2:19 am, l received a message letting me know my order was canceled. You can see this in the photos. Seller communicated the product was damaged and couldn't be shipped. It was supposed to be arriving at this point not shipping. You will also see in the photos that the reason for cancelation is buyer request. I did not, I was expecting to be receiving it. Product was to be delivered the 15th- 18th.
