Shipper didn’t ship item. Somehow obtained a stolen tracking number for a shipment going to my city, and used that to make it look like they shipped it. The book I bought certainly didn’t weigh 32 lbs like the FedEx tracking said. Also, when I attempted to notify FedEx that the package said delivered, but most definitely was not, they requested my address to confirm. My address wasn’t the address listed, which confirmed that it was stolen. I will be notifying Ebay next!
