  this seller is shipping from china the advert is a lie but if you dont mind waiting tool is ok as advertised. think mine took about 7-8 days to get here when contacted asked me to wait etc usual excuses from the chinese sellers book. but you have been all warned now. its a shame they cant be upfront and have to lie!!!! wont be buying from them again for this reason

  The package was sent accidentally with the blades missing. After a short conversation with the supplier they sent me out a brand new saw. I was quite happy to send the saw itself back in exchange but they said not to worry and it arrived within a week :) Thankyou so much!! 10/10 product and customer service

  Originally sent wrong Item and wanted me to except a $20 discount. Was not happy, I have no use for wrong item. Told them I wanted a full refund and they could organise for return of wrong product. They offered full refund and I pay for return of wrong product. Told them I would get ebay/Paypal involved and they have now sent me correct product and told me I can keep wrong Product too. Headset works well, very happy so far. Good outcome but I had to stand up for my rights. Arrived 03012025
