Two, wait for the new shipment to arrive. I decided on a refund as I had already bought similar products. It was still a great interaction though. The seller was really nice and very quickly let me know what was happening. I would go back and purchase from them again.

However am disappointed in item packaging, there was no padding, it was shipped only in a plastic post bag, and as a likely result of postal handling, the gift tin is bent, popping the lid off. Luckily the contents are intact and the tin can be bent back into shape. A layer or two of bubble wrap would have provided some extra protection.
