    The seller didn't even create a shipping label for over a week. Then when the item arrived, it had no instructions and missing pieces. I notified the seller of this and it took a week for them to respond. When they did, they did not apologize or respond with good customer service. I felt like I was an unwanted obligation. I would consider choosing a different seller for sure.

    Parts was not taken off cleaned and put in bags instead. All the parts was left the way they come off the 3d printer along with a sticky film all over ..a few parts are bent or damaged ..it took me a month to get this ...in that time I feel the prep and packaging could have been way better ...I was offered a discount. But after I agreed a discount is wanted he has not messaged me back ...I will definitely never buy from this person again ..unbelievable!!!!!!!! 0 stars
