    My potted plant arrived packed very nicely and secure. There was paper to cover the soil and it wasn’t bone dry. The leaf itself was wrapped with bubble paper, and that worked well as a buffer to the box and its many hardships on the road. I wasn’t sure about my purchase (not from quality of product) so I requested a return which was immediately granted, and a label was provided to me. Then last minute I changed my mind again! So I kept it, great communication from seller the whole process!
