  Received poster today and unfortunately the tube poster was in appeared to be opened while in transit. Due to the poor handling while in transit, the poster was damaged. No fault of the seller. I contacted the seller and he (Bob) immediately contacted me back and refunded me. Mistakes happen from time to time, but the important part is how you handle it.
