    Received item late due to weather issues. Plate is not in “good condition” as described. The seller failed to clearly show a crack in the porcelain, under the glaze, that discovered after magnifying the photos before purchase. There is an undisclosed chip on the skirt not clearly shown. At $19…eh! I recommend always leaning toward providing more disclosures as neutral advice, esp. when stating no returns accepted. Compare your photos as disclosures to mine below. Readers you decide.
