  👎🏻 My item was somehow lost although the seller kept reassuring me that I would “surely receive my item” I never did. I did finally get refunded a month after purchase, but I still have no battery backup for my home office setup so instead of buying from a more reliable source in the first place, I’ve been waiting for either my item, or the ability to get my refund while my computer has remained vulnerable for over a month. They took maximum time to ship, and then it never came.
