  I bought it and did keratin 2 weeks ago. The seller is great, and the result after using it is good, but when my hair became wet they smell awful! The hair is smooth and straight, but the smell is terrible every time I wash my hair and my hair is wet. As if it's stale and smelling very much until you dry them.

  I am extremely disappointed .The product listing failed to mention the significant additional costs for customs clearance and VAT.{58gbp) I was shocked to receive a notice that I had to pay extra fees upon delivery, which significantly increased the total cost of the product. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and misleading, leaving a very bitter taste. I won't be purchasing from here again and suggest others be wary of hidden fees that might not be disclosed upfront.
