  I bought a 21 speed ebike, but I received a 7 speed ebike. This vendor first said they made an error in the listing title, yet the listing pictures and description are for a 21 speed ebike. Then the vendor said the 21 speed was out of stock, while they currently have multiple listings for it! At one point, they called me Mr Kennedy, and I'm assuming it was a slur of some kind. I did get a $50 partial refund after being harassed, and now I'm stuck with a 7 speed model. I'm not satisfied.

  I brought this ebike 750 and the back rim was bent not was the rim bent, the back hub there was several spokes on very loose from hub. I reached to this seller several times and even sent them pictures and a few videos showing them that the rim was bent very badly and the spokes was very loose either from the factory on upon them shipping it to me. I weeks has gone past and they haven't reach out back. I guess they have absolutely no regards reaching out to me. Do not buy from this seller
