    Seller did not ship this item. I contacted the seller multiple times and they only contacted me one time after 2 1/2 weeks and they told me they would find out why the product did not ship. Then not another word from the seller and now it’s been almost a month now and none shipment of item. So I requested a refund and eBay promptly gave it to me. I would not buy from this seller because of the bad customer service.

    I purchased the printer three weeks ago. The seller uploaded a fake tracking number. I live in a border state, so any delivery should be no more than three to four days. After about two weeks, I still haven't received my order. I contacted the seller and he said that the order will be shipped ASAP the next day. Its been another week. The order is still not here. The seller is not responding to my communications. Horrible experience. Wasted three weeks. Don't buy from this seller!

    Fantastic price & product quality. Duplexer looked like a new part. Item packaged well & arrived in perfect condition. Fast delivery. Duplexer exactly as described by seller. Connected to HP P4014n printer now considered a P4014DN (duplex). HP LaserJet was fast before and now with duplexer prints two sided almost instantly.
